Why Coach’d Exists
Coach’d by Detail Therapy was born from one core belief — women already have the resilience, drive and talent to create careers they love. What they often need most is a clear strategy, focused direction, and the confidence to execute it. That belief comes from my own story.
In my work as a Strategic Empowerment Coach and Consultant, I partner with women to navigate pivotal moments in their professional lives — moving into new industries, stepping into leadership, or redefining what success looks like for them. My approach blends big-picture vision with detailed execution, creating personalized game plans that move women from where they are to where they want to be.
My First Career: Social Work
For 18 years, I served as a Social Work Administrator across four states — leading teams, managing crises, and advocating for children and families during their most vulnerable moments. That work sharpened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and taught me how to guide people through change with empathy and precision.
But eventually, the burnout was undeniable. I had poured my life, education, and heart into Social Work — only to realize that purpose and passion no longer aligned. Walking away from traditional social work was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made.
“I left tired, broken-hearted, and with no idea what was next.”
The Pivot
In that season of uncertainty, I turned inward and outward. I reassessed my strengths, sought feedback from those I trusted most, and began to imagine what could come next. I was afraid, but I knew something had to change — and that time was now.
Maybe you’ve been there too - knowing something has to change, even when you don’t know what’s next.
Project management became my bridge. The skills I had cultivated in Social Work — leadership, communication, crisis management, and strategic thinking — became the foundation. But the challenge was real: I had to translate everything I knew into a completely new language.
With every step, I realized something powerful:
“I wasn’t starting over — I was in the perfect position to pivot.”
My Second Career
In what I now identify as my second career, I design business processes, strengthen operations and technological infrastructure, and lead large-scale regulatory remediation and transformation efforts - all through a lens of clarity and collaboration. I’ve learned how to navigate complex systems, deliver under pressure, and meet high-stakes goals — skills that translate directly into how I help my clients make bold, confident career moves.
Along the way, I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications, taught leadership and organizational change as an Adjunct Professor, and continued helping people navigate transformation - this time within a Fortune 50 organization, empowering others to drive transformation just as I once helped systems evolve to better serve families and communities.
Why This Matters for You
Coach’d by Detail Therapy brings all of these experiences together. It’s where strategic planning meets compassionate coaching — and where every woman I work with is equipped not just to land her next role, but to thrive in it.
Because the right strategy changes more than your career - it reshapes your confidence, your clarity, and your capacity to lead with purpose. Every woman deserves strategy that honors her experience and amplifies her growth - and that’s exactly what we will build together.
Because you don’t have to start over — and you don’t have to do it alone.
